Role description
As the Chief Growth you will be responsible for the overall business growth strategy, including scaling customer acquisition, partnerships, marketing, and product-market expansion. This role is crucial to driving the commercial success of our AI solutions, ensuring that our cutting-edge NLP, NLU, and LLM technologies reach a global audience.
You will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with our CPO (Chief Product Officer) and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to align growth strategies with product development, market trends, and AI advancements. This leadership role requires a mix of strategic foresight, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities
Leading Growth Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation in the AI space.
Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in NLP, NLU, and LLM technologies to expand the company's footprint.
Analyze & monitor customer, competitor, and market data to refine targeting, messaging, and product offerings.
Revenue & Partnership/Client Expansion:
Lead efforts to grow revenue through strategic partnerships & clients, new channels, and global expansion.
Build relationships with key partners in the AI, SaaS, and enterprise sectors to drive long-term collaboration and growth.
Oversee business development efforts to create new revenue streams and explore innovative business models.
Product Positioning:
Work closely with the Product and R&D teams to ensure that product development aligns with market needs and customer feedback.
Design go-to-market strategies for AI-driven NLP/LLM products that resonate with both technical and non-technical users.
Management, & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Building, and managing teams across marketing, sales, and business development.
Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, ideally in AI, SaaS, or technology sectors.
Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth in high-tech or AI-driven environments.
Experience with NLP, NLU, or LLM technologies and their applications in the market is highly desirable.
Skills & Expertise:
Deep understanding of AI technology trends, particularly in language models and natural language technologies.
Strong business acumen with experience in driving global market expansion and strategic partnerships.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bonus points: MBA and/or technical background .
